Kelsey has always had an eye for style. Ever since she was a little girl, she loved playing with hair and makeup and knew that would be her future. What she loves most about being a stylist is the reaction she receives from her clients when she finishes their hair, and how it enhances the way they feel about themselves.
Kelsey has volunteered her services with Hands on Nashville, Help Portrait, Helping Hands Ministries, Mobile Food Pantry, and other ministries. Her primary goal for Salon West is to be known not only for their great work with clients, but also for their outreach in the community.

Brylee has always been around the world of hair and makeup. Both of her grandmothers were hairstylists, and she loved it, too, so it was no surprise when she decided to start her own career in cosmetology. There is just something wonderful about making people feel beautiful.
Brylee has volunteered with the Paul Mitchell Andrew Gomez Foundation and Mobile Food Pantry at Life Assembly. She enjoys working at Salon West because of the laid back environment and the ability to work with such great people.

Shelby has always been obsessed with hair and makeup. She would often come home with a different color on her hair in high school. Shelby has also always had a passion for helping people, which led her to going to school for public administration and non-profit management. However, she finally rediscovered her passion for cosmetology and decided to follow that path, because there is nothing she loves more than making people feel beautiful inside and out.
Shelby has volunteered for various programs through TSPA Cares. She truly loves everything about Salon West, particularly the genuine kindness that is shared among the other stylists.

Chelsea has always enjoyed doing hair and makeup whether it was in show choir or at a friend's house. From a young age, she knew she wanted to be a part of a vision that was bigger than herself. There is something uniquely special about getting a girl ready for her prom or a bride ready for her wedding day.
Chelsea has volunteered with the Paul Mitchell Andrew Gomez Foundation, Haircuts for Homeless, Help Portraits, and various other ministries. She truly loves and believes in the vision of Salon West, and is excited to be a part of it.

Molly's love for doing hair started at a young age. Her mother was a hairstylist, and Molly would always watch her in fascination as she interacted with her clients. Now that Molly is a stylist herself, her favorite part is getting to know each person sitting in her chair and making them feel confident and beautiful.
Molly has regularly volunteered her services for the homeless community at her church. She says the peaceful atmosphere at Salon West is what sets this salon apart from all others.

Brenda has always loved doing hair. Growing up, she took every opportunity to "play" hair, from styling her friends' hair for fun to styling their hair for prom. It didn't take long for her to realize her greatest passion in life is taking care of women, because she truly believes every woman should feel beautiful no matter if they are 9 or 90! She feels so privileged to be working in this industry and making a living following her passion.

Brenda loves working at Salon West, because it has such a unique salon atmosphere. At Salon West, she feels like they are more than just co-workers, they truly are a family.

Niki initially chose the path of massage therapy, because she just wanted to relax. Who doesn't love to relax?! As she got deeper into her education, however, she learned more about how massage can actually heal the body, and she fell even more in love with it. She loves what she does, and how she can help improve the lives of her clients.

In the future, Niki would love to start using her gift at assisted living centers to work with geriatric clients. She loves working at Salon West, because Kelsey as given her and the rest of the team a place to call home where everyone is encouraged to just be themselves.

Art and creativity have always been a huge part of Aly's life. She loved incorporating that passion with hair and makeup, but in truth, Aly saw salon life as superficial. She wanted to be a part of something deeper, but when she saw how Kelsey was transforming lives through hair and makeup, everything changed. She knew that was something she wanted to be a part of.

Aly has volunteered with Mobile Food Pantry, Helping Hands Ministry, and the Bolivian Hope Center. The thing she loves most about Salon West is the way everyone works together, learning from each other, and encouraging one another. To Aly, Salon West is more than just a workplace; it's a family.
